*DISCLAIMER: This Service Maintenance Plan automatically renews every year on the original date of acceptance, unless cancelled by the customer.
Customers may discontinue the Maintenance plan at any time. If the Maintenance Plan is terminated before the end of each one-year term, all discounts applied to services rendered will be due at the time of cancellation.
Maintenance Plan installment payments are non-refundable. A $109 Service Visit Charge will apply to additional visits not included in the Maintenance Plan.
