Terms and Conditions
RainCheck offers a one-year Parts and Labor Warranty that covers the repairs charged and paid in full on your invoice, unless otherwise noted.
What's Not Covered?
Damage caused by vehicles, lawn equipment, acts of nature, improper excavation, etc.
Spray pattern adjustments, coverage, controller programming, and items not repaired on the service visit.
New issues, leaks, broken heads not related to a previous service call.
We are always happy to come back out to help with issues; however, if the visit is not warranty-related, a minimum service charge will apply. Call for details.
Winterization
At the conclusion of your WinterProof service, your RainCheck technician will “tag out” your system. This will indicate that it’s been thoroughly prepared for winter and locks it out from further activity that may undo the winterization process. When your technician returns for Spring startup, they will “untag” your system. If the system is “untagged” at any time between the two visits, the Guarantee is void. If, during the Spring startup process, it is determined that damage due to freezing pipes, valves, and other components has stemmed from a less-than-perfect winterization process, RainCheck will repair said damage at no charge to you.
The Guarantee excludes damage to sprinkler heads caused by vehicles, equipment, snow plows, etc.
RainCheck Advantage Club
This Service Maintenance Plan automatically renews every year on the original date of acceptance, unless cancelled by the customer.
Customers may discontinue the Maintenance plan at any time. If the Maintenance Plan is terminated before the end of each one-year term, all discounts applied to services rendered will be due at the time of cancellation.
Maintenance Plan installment payments are non-refundable. A $109 Service Visit Charge will apply to additional visits not included in the Maintenance Plan.
